I started my own at home business with Heritage Makers and am a personal publishing consultant now. I have to admit that I really missed working, but really couldn't go back, and this has been the answer!! I am having so much fun with it, and really getting involved (because that's the only way to do it... jump in with both feet!). I was able to attend the Heritage Makers Reunion in Phoenix, AZ in August, and had a GREAT time! I went not knowing a soul and came home with some new friends. It was a great experience for me. I drove up with a girl I didn't know and we ended up talking the whole time, and before we knew it we were in Phoenix! haha. We stayed at the Biltmore Hotel and it was very nice, and had beautiful grounds, and sweet swimming pools. My roomies were girls I didn't know either til I got there, and they were great. Not only were they friendly and made me feel comfortable, but they gave me pointers about my business and jumped on the hotel bed with me! (HILARIOUS pics on Facebook!! haha). I had a wonderful upline team, where I met even more friends. We all went out to eat one night (YUM) and there were some awards presented for our team. A couple gals I met were really great. They were from Southern NV so of course, we clicked automatically! They were so fun and one night we stayed up talking and laughing by the pool for hours. It just reminded me how many really great people there are out there in this world!! :) I attended several instructional classes and some group seminars, and even a formal evening. That was my favorite night. I got to dress up and they served us a real nice meal, presented some well deserving awards to certain people who created storybooks that had a special touch to them and made them stand out above all others submitted. They also presented awards to people who have advanced in the company. It was a wonderful night! I realized that EVERYONE has a story to tell and should tell it before it's forgotten! Soooo, check out my website at www.storypublishingfun.com, and tell your story AND others' stories!
