Am I fun to hang out with or what??!! .... or what!

Friday night my sister, Shannon, had a little girls night at her house. My sister, Jennifer, and Shannon's friend, Ashley, came over too, and I have to say that even though it was just the 4 of us, we had a blast! I love being with my sisters and Ashley was really fun too. We were messing around and Jennifer pulled out her camera, so we got even more goofy. Then they were questioning me about the new workout I just started called P90X, so of course, I had to show them some moves.... I'm all about self-humiliation. That workout is totally kickin my butt and I can't even do some of the moves yet, but I love it, and I love workin out with Clint. Anyways- back to the girls night... we laughed a lot, and watched "PS, I Love You", and ate yummy fruit and treats. I told Clint I'd be home by 10, but in true "michelle" style... I got home at midnight. haha. Good thing, Clint wasn't feeling good and was already asleep. Besides, after 13 yrs of marriage he knows me well... I'm never home on time. haha.

A Fun Valentine's Weekend

On Saturday morning the kids woke up to little valentine buckets filled with candy and goodies (a tradition we got from my parents). Clint went with his brothers to play basketball for a few hours (his valentines gift from me... haha) and I cleaned the house with the kids (they hated that). When Clint got home we got stuff together and went over to my sister, Shannon's, house and the kids made little valentine crafts, we had pizza, and Jaron and Clint played the Wii. It was fun to hang out and visit with Shannon and Jody and let the kids have a fun afternoon. Saturday evening Clint and I and Shannon and Jesse went out to eat at Cafe Rio and then to a movie (Confessions of a Shopaholic), which Shannon and I liked, and the guys had a nice nap through the whole thing. haha. Then we all parted ways and Clint and I went birthday shopping for Lily. It was a fun evening... thanks Azia for babysitting!

On Sunday after church, I started making goodies for Lily's birthday party on Monday night. It was really fun! I made a bunch of sugar cookies (thanks Sanna for the flour!), some chocolate suckers, and chocolate covered strawberries... unfortunately, nobody got to sample the strawberries, because Clint and I thought they were so good, we ate ALL of them!! Sorry everyone! They were delicious!

Happy 3rd Birthday Lily!

On Monday night for Family Home Evening we invited our families over for cake and ice cream to celebrate Lily's 3rd birthday. It was so nice for so many people to come, and she LOVED playing with her cousins and friends. She was also my most animated when opening her gifts... she was so excited about everything she received. Happy birthday to my sweet sweet silly lily.

Bye Bye Hair!

Carson says bye bye to his lovely red hair... and hello to the world of baldness. I was so tired of the static and thinness of his hair, plus I love change. :) So on our rainy day Monday we went over to Kolby and Janine's to play some games and hang out and while we were there Janine buzzed Carson's head. He looks so cute! I love how it brings out his cute face. haha Thanks Christen for letting me borrow your camera... you rock! And thanks Janine for being talented enough to do it. :) You're so awesome. Now Talin and Carson have matching hairdo's!!

Superbowl Sunday

Sunday after church all the Campbells met over at Kolby and Janine's house where we closed our fast, said a family prayer (which I always love!), and then had dinner together while we watched the Superbowl. It ended up being a real fun game to watch... the Cardinals were even ahead for a short time which made it exciting. I love fast Sundays and the last sundays of the month because that's when we have dinner and visit with our families. I am so lucky to have such a great family and to have married into such an awesome one too!!
