Day Trip to Lake Havasu

Happy 36th birthday honey!!!

For Clint's birthday we decided at the last minute to drive out to Lake Havasu, Arizona for the day and it was so fun! It's 3 hours away, but worth it to just spend some time together as a family.
Clint had just ticked Jaron off right before we took this picture :) I love how Lily and Emma are hugging each other!
In front of the cool fountain
Carson turned around and sat down on these stairs and soaked his little bum! Such a bummer for the rest of the time. :)
Clint and I in front of the bridge
Nasty Pigeon fun! One of the birds had just flown into Lily's head and that is why she is crying in the background.
Yikes
Don't fall kids!
The stairs from He** :)
On the other side. Really pretty over there.
Jaron climbed down where he wasn't supposed to be, but it looked so cute so I had to take a picture. :)
Can't remember who that statue is of, but the kids loved playing on it. haha
Carson hates being up high... my only kid who isn't a daredevil when it comes to heights!
Carson kept opening and closing the entrance gates. haha. It was nice that there was nobody there.
Playing on a swingset on the beach

My intelligent husband loves to jump out of swings... I have to admit that I love taking pictures of him doing it! haha. They crack me up!

I LOVE family trips! Especially spur of the moment, unplanned ones! :)

Happy Birthday Clint! Pigeons are so nasty (I REALLY don't like birds, especially pidgeons and seaguls!) Clint got some nice air off those swings : )

Looks like a fun trip! I have to say that it is so weird ro see you guys in sweatshirts and jackets! Kelly and I lived about 45 minutes away from there when we were in Arizona, and I cannot imagine it ever being cold enough for winter clothes there!
