Emma's Newest Adventure

Well, Emma's discovered a new love (sorry JB)... Volleyball!! She LOVES it!! She, along with 2 of her adorable cousins, joined a local girls volleyball team together, and now they are members of the 7-10 yr old girls team, the "Fireballs"!!! I have to admit that I think I'm loving it as much as she is! Volleyball is so fun and I love playing, so to see her enjoy it as much as she has brings giggles and smiles to my face! haha. They've had several practices and 2 games so far, of which they have won one and lost one. More than being excited when they win though, we as parents are thrilled when they return a serve over the net!!! It's like they won the olympic finals in the stands!! haha. It really is enjoyable and I just hope that my stucco on the back wall of my house holds up with all the volleyball "practicing" that goes on back there!!
Just missing one girl in this picture! :) Enjoying donuts and drinks after an 8:00 am game! Sweet girls!
Nice hit!
Serve it emma!
My sister Shannon is their coach, and my brother Jeremy is the asst Coach, with Clint helping on game days (since Jeremy works every Saturday)
Practice at Sunset Park... Jeremy and Jesse helping out the girls
It's so nice outside here right now!
Enjoying cheese and crackers, twinkies, and juice after their first game! :)
All 3 cousins in this picture... Auri (serving), Emma, and Shaunie
Such a great stance
I love this one of Auri!
"yep, it's out"

I love volley ball. I was never very good at it but I loved it. How fun for Emma to play with her cousins.

So fun! As Emma's aunt (who was recognized in the South East Conference back in the day) I am so excited for her! We will have to come to a game!

There is nothing as exciting as watching your kids play sports!!
I am the crazy sideline mom at Saydi's soccer games that cheers for the girls constantly. So much fun. :)
